Chess set definition
A chess set is defined as a chess board and the chess pieces.
2-Player chess sets consist of
- a vinyl roll-up chess board
- and 32 chess pieces (16 white pieces and 16 black pieces)
or
- a medium hardback folding chess board
- and 32 chess pieces (16 white pieces and 16 black pieces)
These sets are used at chess tournaments and at training and coaching sessions (schools, clubs, libraries, universities and other institutions).
